You can request a return from your account area or by contacting support with your order number.

Items should be returned unused, complete, and with reasonable care taken while they are in your possession. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked.
