14-day Cancellation Notice

For most online purchases, UK consumers have 14 days from delivery to tell us they want to cancel, then 14 more days to return the goods.

Some products may be excluded where the law allows, including personalised items or sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

To cancel, contact support with your order number and the items you want to return. We will confirm the return instructions.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after cancellation is accepted and goods are received where a return is required.
